Regulatory Compliance Overview
Commonwealth Foreign Exchange, Inc. is committed to combating money laundering and terrorist financing at all levels and has adopted a comprehensive anti-money laundering compliance program within its organization to ensure adequate fulfillment of government rules and regulations.
All trades settled by Commonwealth Foreign Exchange, Inc. are screened with enhanced controls to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. It is Commonwealth's policy to follow both the letter and spirit of the law and regulations.
Commonwealth's policies and procedures comply with laws of the United States including the regulations issued by the Office of Foreign Asset Control ("OFAC") and those of the jurisdictions in which we operate.

Know Your Customer (KYC)
Commonwealth is now required to identify, document and verify the identity of all of its customers. The "Know Your Customer" program is part of the Compliance Policies and Procedures. All information that is compiled from our customers is treated with the utmost care and it is kept confidential at all times.
